Summary

This episode with Hornady's PR guru Neal Emery re-lives our gruelingly hard, gloriously successful drop-camp, DIY Alaska moose hunt. We discuss planning and hunting strategies, bush pilots, rifle and ammo choices, and packs. Plus we touch on whittling gear down to the 55-pound weight allowance that fits into a Super Cub bush plane. But mostly, we just weave the tale of two big bulls.
