1:07.1	Alan, for people who might not know who you are, could you describe yourself, please?
1:15.3	That's always an interesting one. As you mentioned, I was born in South Africa. I raised there, left
1:20.5	there when I was about 21, 22. I've been around about 28 years in Australia.
1:28.3	Marriottesigil, currently living in LA, have been, and I see myself primarily as an activist of some sort and being involved as a
1:38.3	missional kind of activist or strategist in local settings. More than an author, I certainly write books, but I see that as a tool to get ideas out
1:50.2	and try to get the church activated in mission in various contexts in the West.
1:54.9	My passion really is about activating the church in the Western world, feeling very deeply that if we don't fundamentally
2:03.1	we calibrate ourselves, we're going to continue massive, long-term, trended decline.
