Brian Marin. And for this episode's

featured attraction, we enter the Cave of Wonders to discuss the now defunct Aladdin, a musical

spectacular, formerly in Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, California. However, a version of

this show still plays on the Disney Cruise Liner's Wish and Fantasy, uh, for those of you who

were into that. And joining us in the Hyperion theater is none other than Mike Carlson, who you probably already know if you listen to this podcast, uh, because he hosts another theme park podcast, the OG, the incredible podcast, the ride. Uh, what an honor. Oh, thank you so much for having me. I don't know. We're not the OGs. I want to shout

out your Doug Barnes's of the world. The Lentestas and Jim Hill's of the world. Okay. Jim Hill does, he was, he's been around. But I would say when it comes to discussing rides, at least how in the in the way that we discussed them, I think you guys were the, the OG pioneers. Oh, thank you so much. I like, I appreciate hearing that.

Maybe we, maybe we are the OGs when it comes to like, we were going to like make fun of things on Mike.

Maybe that's where we were the OGs. I'm not sure if there was any snarky theme park podcast before us.

That's fair. I know, I think it comes off, though, how genuine you guys are in terms of liking all of this, though. Okay. Well, that's good because, like, well, sometimes commenters don't see that. Yeah, I think that sometimes a little nuances. In order for you to be snarky about something, you do have to be passionate about it. Yeah. I think that's square one. Yeah. It's all out of love. All out of love.

That's what we try to convey is that generally when we're making fun of stuff, it's like we love it as well.

No, and I'm saying to you in person that I feel it. But when I'm under my alias burner account, I'm commenting terrible shit on your guy's stuff just to try and drive those views down.

Because, you know, you are a competitor and I must kill you.
