I'm really excited for the day's guest because I've been a huge fan of USC fighter

and I remember watching that live thinking that is my kind of guy because MMA fans can

be ridiculous.

so glad that he gave him a piece of his mind.

Al doesn't know that Al has talked about the fact that he may be as gifted than a lot

of other athletes but he's always worked harder to achieve his success and he maintained a

really blue collar approach to both his wrestling career and then his lady UFC career.

And I know that Al has transitioned over the full-time real estate and has a form of fighter

transitioning to life after fighting that's always such a big challenge and Al seems

like he's managed to transition as well as anyone.
