Hello, my dear listener, and welcome to this bonus episode of Inner Work.

So basically, I was called to sit down, add my computer today in a much more low-tech way than I normally do. I don't have my full podcast set up today

as I am not home. But I wanted to sit down and go through the really common questions that I hear

from listeners of this podcast, from my students, from

clients, I just hear these questions time and time again having to do with the Akashik

records. So what are the records? How do they work? How can we make them work for us? How can we

use them for healing? These kinds of

questions. So normally for my episodes, I have, you know, an outline or clear ideas about what I'm

going to talk about, what I'm going to share with you. For this episode, I don't have an outline.

I just have the questions, both in my mind and here in front of me on the computer.

So I'm just going to go through them one by one and answer them.

And hopefully this is going to give you some deeper insights into the records and clarify any points

of confusion or answer any of the questions that you might be thinking about too.
