Lieutenant General David Dutua. If you're not familiar to General Dutua, it's a decorated

F-15 fighter pilot and one of the preeminent air power thinkers of the modern era.

Over a 34-year Air Force career, he logged more than 3,000 flying hours, including over 400 combat hours,

graduated for the fighter weapons school and served in senior Pentagon and joint warfighting command positions.

He also helped shape the Air Force's post-Cold War vision to the

publication of global reach and global power and played a critical role when playing the air

campaign during the Gulf War and beyond. His final assignment on active duty was at the Air

Force's first senior intelligence officer, where he led and restructured intelligence, surveillance,
