Trevor's time wrenching for the crest line racing team, plus some classic listener questions ranging from the best spray nozzle setting to wash your bike to bottom brackets and everything in between. Wow. I've never, I mean, I know that answer, but I've never like been asked the question about the spray nozzle. We'll get it. We'll get into it later. Yeah, you know the answer about it. I think that's a divisive like, uh, there's, there's like, I had two settings. It could be a bit controversial, honestly.

I've got some opinions about it.

I'm looking forward to diving right into that one.

But first, we got Zach's words of wisdom.

A good life is one in which things do not go perfectly,

but you find a way to have a good day regardless.

Yeah, control the things you can control, right?

And then don't stress about the things you can't control. Exactly. And, you know, like, things are a little more rewarding when there's a little more challenge. Yeah. Right? Like, nobody with a super cush existence, you know, gets a lot of, what's the word? Satisfaction. Yeah, exactly. That's what I'm looking for, yeah. Oof, it's like what we were talking about earlier. Mm-hmm. What was that? Oh, it was just something about E-Berch. Oh, it was about E-Bikes. Got to earn your dissents a little bit, you know? Sometimes, too. There's some satisfaction with doing something hard and, like, reaping the rewards of it but um yeah also like like i can channel

this into like going for a ride and that not every ride is a good ride sometimes you get

sometimes you have a bad ride unpopular opinion and you just take you got to just take the

L and sometimes you got to have a good day because yeah not every ride's going to be you know

roses and dandelions it's not but you're better even though you went for the ride. Even if it wasn't the best ride, even if it sucked. Especially if you're training, quote unquote. Yeah. It's better just get out there. Yeah. Yeah, but like just existing afterwards, even if the ride sucked, your existence is better because you did something hard that you know you might not have enjoyed it's like what type two fun right yeah it's not always fun while you're doing it but going looking back and thinking about it you know it's a good it's a good memory yeah yeah like when i do that oh high ride or will you ever go to csar and then you're like oh you think're like, oh, man, that's such a great ride and you're doing it. And like, why did I think

this was fun? This is like a long-ass climb. But then you're like, oh, it was awesome. And it is great. It's just part of it. You just got to grind it out. And sometimes that is fun. And sometimes is not.
