transcends anything that you're doing so if it's a OCR or your marriage or your

And you can see that.

You know, I think obstacle course racing is very important because it does build character like we talked about earlier today.

And you can see that and utilize it in every part of your life. It's an indispensable tool.

What has obstacle racing taught you over the last five years?

It has taught me to connect with adversity and the obstacles, right, to connect with something that challenges me and builds me as a person

instead of complaining about it or avoiding it. I embrace it because it builds me as a person.

And I do that in every part of my life.
