On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down with Command Chief Erik Thompson who is one half of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Command Team. AETC is responsible for the beginning of all enlisted and many officer Airmen coming into the Air Force. AETC is also responsible for much of the AFSPECWAR pipeline and shaping the future of AFSPECWAR. Kudos to Command Chief for answering some difficult questions and lending us some of his time.
