Hey, everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin,

and welcome to this episode where we are talking all about the first two episodes of Asoka.

That's kind of crazy to say. I still can't believe this series exists. And I think before we start really diving into it, Charlotte and I do want to note that

we are recording this during the SACA After a WGA strike. So we have no idea when this episode

will air. As you know, if you've been following us, we are on hiatus during the strike, a full

hiatus. But this episode will eventually come out. And we just want to note that at this time,

we have only seen episodes one and two when we're recording this. So that's all we've seen.

We're trying to keep a good schedule with recording during the strike, but we also want to be

upfront about what we have and haven't seen so far and the fact that this

is being recorded while so many are on strike.

Yes, absolutely.

All right.

So if we could just place ourselves in our brain of being, how old were we like 14 when we first

met the character of Asoka?

And we were really obsessed. Actually, particularly you were pretty obsessed when we saw

the Clone Wars movie. And ever since then, I feel like Asoka has been our favorite character.

Like, we'll say Ben Solo. We'll say Luke Skywalker, we'll say Anakin, we'll say Padmae.

But honestly, when it really comes down to it, we are fans and we are still fans right now

because of the character of Asoka being introduced in the Clone Wars and the Clone Wars continuing

and Dave Filoni creating all of this amazing animation and furthering the stories. And here we are
