Hi everybody, this is John Don Van at Intelligence

where US and despite some not so long ago hopes,

this pandemic is not over yet.

Nor is the onslaught that we have seen from the start

of this thing of disagreements about the way

that we are responding to the pandemic.

Some of them, not so nice, some of them quite honest

and principled.

Well, the debate we're about to have now is really

the disagreement of the moment.

Because in this moment, we have vaccines

and we now have clearance from the CDC

for certain large groups of Americans

to get a booster shot.

And the question in this moment is,

should so many Americans be getting shots

for the third time when so many people around the world

have not yet had their first?
