Last week the fight to deraille congressional investigations reached a new fever pitch as former White House

Council Don McGann refused to produce documents to Congress and then Trump asserted executive privilege over the entire

Mueller report. Trump has also sought to block the testimony of McGann and has urged

McGann to publicly state that Trump did not obstruct justice.

Trump has also refused to produce documents in response to routine oversight

by the House of Representatives. Can Trump blocked Don McGann from

testifying and can his administration use executive privilege to keep
