Welcome back. It's Tim and Julie Harrison. This is your favorite daily real estate coaching and training podcast. We have got a fun repeat topic. We've done this before. Julie just updated it. And she's going to be sprinkling in a lot of real life stories from her top level elite coaching clients to share with you. And the topic is, agents, are you a serial text offender?

That's right. Okay. So are you a serial text offender? And so what we're going to be doing is we're

giving you some ideas, some rules of the road, best behaviors and practices when it comes to texting.
