Welcome to the Wally Show Aftercastle, the stuff we did not get to during the course of the show today.

I have an update on going to the doctor yesterday.

How did it go?

It went well.

Like, you know doctors always tell you to lose weight and eat better?

I always tell you that.

And so I go in and I'm down like 15 pounds from like the last time I saw him.

And I'm, I've been eating like the last time I saw him.

And I've been eating a little better, you know?

And so I got to do all this blood work.

So we'll find out if it all landed.

But he's like, man, you look good.

Like, do you feel better?

Yeah, I feel better.

Like, I think he thinks he did this.

But really what did this was I looked horrible in videos.

I had nothing to do with my health. And so I was like, yeah, and I feel pretty good about it. I feel better for the most

part. But like the nurse that was in there, she came in and she was doing her job and getting

things done. And she was nice and everything. But I was like, hey, we were talking about something with regard to my health, something I did.

I'm like, do I get a sticker?

And because I'm like, because I get stickers at work or I used to.

Well, hey, don't get mad at me.
