0:25.0	And the question at hand was, how much money, with all the rumors and discussions of huge aid,
0:32.0	how much money really is going to Puerto Rico? How much money have
0:35.2	they gotten so far? It's been two years since the hurricanes Maria and Irma and
0:39.0	and then how much of that has made it to the actual hurricane victims. And really we found right this is not an easy
0:47.7	task. You ask for a number you don't just get the number.
0:50.8	Yeah definitely we've spent time talking to Puerto Rican officials, officials here in Washington at FEMA and
0:58.5	the Office of Management and Budget.
1:00.4	There seems to be a lot of back and forth and numbers that are outdated, but it was interesting.
1:05.6	I mean, even though money's been appropriated by Congress, a lot of that money does not actually get to the hands of the Puerto Ricans at this point.
1:15.0	So there was a lot of confusion because President Trump, I think, has used this 91 billion dollar number, and then some are like he's lying and then I think what we
1:25.2	concluded after really digging into this is the number of 91 billion is the total
1:30.8	number Puerto Rico could get.
1:33.2	It's sort of an estimate that the United States has said,
1:35.3	this is what they need, and there are pots of money
1:38.2	that they could pull from.
