Yes, it's been a couple of weeks.

We're going to talk today about populism.

And I sure learned a lot about populism when we traveled through Europe and pretty much asked a lot of people,

politicians and ordinary people and experts about populism along the way.

And one of the first things I learned is establishment politicians

and establishment media think populism is a bad thing pretty much

universally. Right, because it upsets the apple card, so to speak.

It changes the players who are important.

It changes who you have to cover, it changes how you have to

cover things.

Well, I learned also there was no standardized definition for populism.

In fact, they held a seminar at MIT or somewhere recently to try to come up with a definition,

but all those people, by the way, hated populism, so I don't think it's going to be a good definition.
