In the Brown University and the MIT professor shootings, this man here was the person of interest,

who was later identified only as a homeless individual, who was once a student at

Brown University, and just by the name of John. However, John gave some information to the

police that was so important to this overall investigation and may have led

to solving this case or one of the many pieces of evidence that led to solving this case.

And the mayor, Mayor Smiley, has sent a letter to the FBI, imploring them to give the $50,000 reward.

And whenever money is put up to have a witness come forward in a major investigation,

the addendum usually is for the arrest, the apprehension, arrest and conviction. So that's sort of a long hill to climb because when John, this homeless fellow, was asked, and not just him, but members of the public,

if you have any information, there's a $50,000 award.

And not only did John give information, but he actually confronted the perpetrator

and chased him and saw the car that he was going into.

Information that was invaluable at the time to the police.

And that is something that we will discuss.

And the other thing that we will discuss is we still do not know the motive

maybe we will never know the motive in this case clearly it looks like the perpetrator

Claudio Valenti had an ax to grind with, obviously with the MIT professor

Nuno Lerreiro, but also with Brown University. It isn't normal for someone, of course, to get a gun.

And there's lots of evidence now that not only did he get a gun,

but he reconed.

He surveyed, he surveilled this location.

He knew this location.

So he gets a gun and shoots nine students and kills two others,
