I'm not a fan of chocolate.

I watched the video of you and Tom Collicchio sampling a range of chocolate bars while

you were filming together for Top Chef in London.

And you did something, Gail, that really caught my eye, went by in a second. Most people probably

even noticed it. You were eating a candy bar called a whisper.

The whisper.

It's just a whisper.

Which is a chocolate with a big caramel ribbon in the middle and you broke it in half

and you pulled the two halves apart which created a long stretchy caramel thread.

Yes.

And you did this very deft maneuver where you just twisted your wrist a few times quickly

to wrap the thread of caramel around the outside of the candy bar. It was almost like

the candy equivalent of Torland's spaghetti on a fork.

Yes.

And you did it so effortlessly that I thought this is not the first time Gail has done this

move.

Let me tell you something, Dan.

I am a professional number one. It's not my first rodeo. And I'm not going to waste

good caramel.
