the entire reason that the Real Estate Rookie podcast exists is to help guide you through your first deal

and beyond, obviously. Now, that said, it is also a very

loaded question because there's a lot that goes into guiding someone through their first deal. So I think

the goal for me and Ashley isn't to give you a super kind of tactical step by step for every

single thing you need to do, but give you a general overview of the big things you should focus on

and some of those more major milestones.
