Bill, I come to you because the day August 26, that's the bombing.

The man understood, according to my informants, who engineered the bombing was a young man, Logare.

Abdul Rahman al-Logare.

Well-to-do family. He had been identified by the U.S. intelligence agencies as early as 2017,

as looking to do a suicide bombing against New Delhi.

He was eventually captured and imprisoned at Bagram for many years,

and released by the Taliban after Bagram was abandoned by the NATO forces in July.

He was the bomber. It is however an astonishing fact that the State Department, by demonstration to this day,

will not name Logare as the bomber. Why, Bill? Why won't they say what we know because of the U.S. intelligence apparatus?
