revelations about the Afghan data leak that continued to come out we now have learned that

more than 100 UK special forces,

MI6 members and military officers, were also named.

Michael, the Times leader this morning, argues that urgent parliamentary scrutiny is needed.

Well, I think that's true.

I mean, the scale of this thing seems to be getting bigger and

bigger. And to start with, we all sort of thought, well, an injunction was perfectly reasonable at the time.

And then there was, you know, worry super injunction. That really is to cover people's backsides,

you know, those who messed up and who let this thing get out. But now it looks as though.

The number of people involved

in frankly sloppy practices and stupidity seems to be growing and the cover-up seems to be entirely

to protect reputations of, you know, people in the arms, senior generals as well as ministers

and others who just didn't get the scale of this thing and handled it wrongly. And I think,

you know, you need to clear all this, clear it up.

I mean, make it clear.

Tell people what happened and why.
