We've got to build more housing in this country. And we've got to build housing in places where

housing. We've got to make sure that people who are first-time homeowners have the ability

So the biggest thing we've got to do is increase the supply of housing in the same way we've increased the supply of oil in order to bring down gas prices. So my hope is that we will see both

prices continue to come down on things like gasoline, but we're also going to get more things

prices reasonable so that more young people have the ability to buy houses.
