In this week's series, we'll be exploring another book he wrote called, "Awaken Your True Potential." You'll explore a different meditation technique in each episode to focus on positivity and to release negative thoughts.    This is part 2 of a 7-part Awaken Your Full Potential meditation series, episodes 2166-2172.   THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Positivity Quest. It's a powerful book and I hope you enjoy this week's series where I share snippets from his little guidebook how to awaken your true potential.

You can start doing this by going on your positivity quest this this is to do two things.

This is a quest for you to do two things.

The first thing is to begin to notice the negative thoughts you tend to think on a regular basis.

Research shows that most of the thoughts we think every day are negative and those

negative thoughts are repetitive so it's a bad habit. We go around most of our life repeating

negative thoughts. So this is an important series for you and it's an important quest.
