Welcome to your daily guided meditation and welcome to an episode where you will have the opportunity to repeat an affirmation that you can do as explore the present moment in a forest. So you will hear forest sounds with this week's meditation series.

And the affirmation I'm sharing with you today is a very short concise affirmation.

Simple is always best when you are repeating an affirmation because that way you will remember it and the words you choose

you depending on when you started the series this may not be a Monday for, but I always start a series on a Sunday. I release a new series and then on Monday I share an affirmation on Tuesday a breathing technique, Wednesday a mudra, Thursday a chakra focus, Friday.

the week into one meditation and I also like to share an herb that will benefit you as you pursue a particular theme each
