If you stay away from these three, there will be no tension in life.

You will do much more than what you have done.

Today I want you to set your alarm on your phone for two minutes with the intention of

listening to the silence you can prompt yourself, speak father, your servant here, your

servant here is you, and listen.

Or you can do as I've shared before, just kind of listen like you're trying to hear

if someone's coming in the door, listen for the faintest sound you can hear.

If silence you catch between my words, that's all you're listening to.

You're listening to the silence, expectantly as if something's going to come out of it

and reveal something to you.

Like a carthole I said, you're like a cat watching a mouse hole, and the mouse hole is the silence

for two minutes.

And you're going to start noticing visitors, the lonely you will come, the one that's

either in a relationship or not, that wants attention, that wants appreciation, that wants

approval, that wants to be seen.

And then the climber will come, the one that wants to do more, wants to earn more, wants

to win fame, to win accolades, that one will come, we need to do this.

I'm not there yet, I need to get this, see each of these come and go, and return to

the silence every time.
