Welcome to the NFL fantasy football show where we're just putting good reps on tape.

It's me, your man, M.G., Marcus Grant, Michael F. Florio here, to my left. We have producer Randy. We've got a whole crew of specialists. I should probably get you know. It's a Monday, and we are here with you. here with you normally it's just been Wednesdays but now that we are approaching the start of

actual football season we're back to two days a week.

So Mondays and Wednesdays you can find us.

I will also be doing streaming shows as well so you can see our happy, pretty shiny faces at some point in the very near future.

But for now, we're going to be slumming in our T-shirts and Puma's.

Can I say that?

I just did.

Anyway, yeah, Flora, we actually had a football-ish game on last week, so it's back now.

It's back.

And this week we get a full slate of football games, so like we're really back, man.

We are really back now.

So certainly later in the week we may kind of look into some of those games, but we got plenty to do.

We are several weeks out from the start of the regular season, but it felt like this was a good time for us to do our division previews.

So on each show, we will look at the four teams in each of the eight NFL divisions.

Today we'll start it off with the AFC East.

But before we jump into that, there are some news headlines worth talking about.

The first one coming out of Cleveland, Kareem Hunt says he wants to be traded.
