This episode should be a small well to draw nourishment from whenever you need it to access some

resolve. New Year's resolutions are really tricky because to talk about them can make you feel

really exposed, not just in our desires, but if we're trying to form a new habit, if we're

talking about our feelings and what we want to let go of, if we're talking about some big dream

that nobody's heard of from us before.

So I want to say here at the top, to and about my guess, thanks.

They all had to muster up some form of loving will within themselves to talk about this.

Because a New Year's resolution is a spot of intention, but it is also something

else in our lives, not just that spot of intention. A New Year's resolution is an expression

of vulnerability. They reveal how we see ourselves our strengths and our failings in relationship

to the world. So on this episode, after some

brief conversation with Mitch about where New Year's resolutions come from and why they're

important, we discuss each resolution that the guests sent in as a sort of friend to that resolution.

Why is this or that sort of resolution important? Why is this or that sort of resolution important?

Why does this show up for people in their lives? And we also discuss how to achieve these

sorts of resolutions, how to create habits, how to engage with our past selves, how to work with

time, and more. And of course, Mitch and I also discuss our own resolutions for 2026.
