Hi, this is against everyone with Connor Habib, a podcast featuring my conversations with

countercultural figures and presenting complex, spiritual, philosophical, and political ideas

in an engaging and accessible way. Um, hello friends. The only thing I've been able to think

about for a while now is love. And I usually have a monologue that opens this show,

but the presence of love has been so strong that the only thing I've really thought about is love

for a while now. And, you know,

I could have done another episode with some philosopher or something like that, but because

this is so on my mind and because it's so personal, I just called my friend Duncan Trussell.

If you don't know, Duncan Trussle, he created

the Midnight Gospel, that animated series on Netflix, which is amazing, and his great podcast,

The Duncan Trussell Family Hour. And, you know, Duncan and I have known each other for a really

long time, so I thought, well, I'll just talk with Duncan. And if it can become a

podcast episode, it will. And if it can't, then it doesn't matter because I'll at least have

had the conversation with my friend who I miss about the things that are going on in my life

and why I'm thinking about love over and over and why it's so important and central to all our lives,

but really just why it's in the center of my life right now.

And I don't really get so personal on my show.

I mean, I tell stories about my life, but this episode is about my life.

But in honoring that, I've also really held

back most of the details. And yet, it still feels personal. And so I hope you as listeners get
