0:42.3	virus per se, but because of the collapse of knowledge. Not only has information changed from day to day
0:50.2	this year, but we're subject to speculative news items presented as facts every single day.
0:57.7	Questions about the virus over amplified, scaring the shit out of everyone, and in there somewhere,
1:04.6	there'll be facts about it that are well established.
1:08.8	Case numbers and deaths presented together constantly, which is creating
1:14.2	a sense that every case number is a potential death or that every death is separate from the
1:19.7	case numbers. We get lines. Remember those flatten the curve lines that look like palmistry in
1:25.8	the beginning of the year? And they both did and did not accurately predict the future look like palmistry in the beginning of the year, and they both
1:27.8	did and did not accurately predict the future, like palmistry. And we add to that the many theories,
1:34.0	the many politicizations, the many fears and anxieties, the suppressions of information, the debates,
1:40.4	I mean, there has just been so much to navigate. It's so exhausting and it's exhausting on a daily level.
1:47.5	If you don't have your orientation in this year, it's a boggling.
1:52.5	And so, first of all, hats off to everybody out there who has navigated this with some sense of equanimity
2:00.2	and some sense of care for themselves and others
2:03.9	and understanding ways to stay healthy and keep your communities healthy. I've been talking about
