back on the mic today. It's Sunday evening and I'm just going to be recording sort of like an advice

Q&A type of podcast for you guys today. There wasn't anything like very pressing that I like felt was put on my heart

to like talk about this week. And I also knew that like I was feeling really like just burnt out

this week. And I knew that doing something like an advice Q&A would be like a way to feel a lot

closer to you guys. And I feel like this always helps me like connect with you guys more

and it provides a lot more value to everyone listening because typically with these kind of episodes

there's something that everyone can get out of it and I had you guys ask me questions about

things going on in your life or things that you just need help with and I asked you guys about that on my Instagram page for the Gen Zy Girl Podcast,

I don't really like post on it often, so I won't spam your feet or anything.

I just chose a quote that I just thought was very relevant to my life

right now that I really liked and it's one that I haven't heard of or heard before. And it is,

you've never seen this version of you. Give yourself a little grace and breathe through it.

I loved this quote for a number of reasons, but primarily just because it's kind of emphasizing how you have to allow yourself to just be

in the moment and to just kind of like let yourself make mistakes and to let yourself learn

and let yourself grow and just take things one thing at a time, especially in times of life

where things are different than you've ever
