Hello everyone. Welcome back to the Gen Z Girl podcast. My name is Abby Aslin and I am the host. This week's

episode, I'm just going to jump right into it because I'm pretty sick right now. I don't know if it's

like from the change in weather and getting a little bit warmer or what. I was thinking it was an

upper respiratory infection because traditionally

every year, except for one year during college, I've gotten really, really sick the week before

spring break and been sick throughout spring break, and it really sucks. But most of the time,

it's normally like an allergy related like respiratory infection because ever since I

started like or ever since I came to college I get them like three times a year and it's awful

but my lymph nodes feel pretty swollen right now so I'm honestly a little bit scared that my

mono is flaring back up but I'm not like a doctor and I don't know if like if you've had mona before I don't know

if it can just flare up whenever it wants to even if you didn't like catch it from someone again

like because I don't think I've been I haven't like drank after anyone or anything that would have

it but from what I know since it stays in your system I don't know if it just like flares back up
