There's a lot of downsides to the way that we engage with each other, I think, these days

on computers, but for me this is one of the upsides that you can actually meet someone,

engaged with them online, and we share each other's work, and I've just really enjoyed

getting to know her, and this is the first time I'm getting to speak to her as a live

person, so I'm very excited about that.

Summer's fast approaching, and it's going to be a hot one.

So hydration is more important than ever.

Even everyday activities like a trip to the playground, date the beach or an amusement

park, walking the dog, house cleaning, long airplane flights, a night on the town, all
