Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Truth Seekers podcast as we celebrate Advent

and prepare our hearts for Christmas. We're getting closer. Are you excited? I know I am. Today is

day 15 of our Advent series.

The night the angels appeared to the shepherds, they brought good news. Good news of great

joy. As we draw nearer to Christmas Day, let's take time to allow the joy of the good

news of Jesus to fill our hearts.

Can you say joy? Joy is more than just happiness. Joy is a bubbling deep down inside of your

soul that overflows and is contagious to everyone you meet. No matter what you are going through,

no matter how hard your days may seem,

you can have joy deep down in your heart because of Jesus. When Gabriel appeared to Mary

and announced that she would be the mother of Jesus, Luke chapter 1 verses 46 through 47 says,

Oh, how my soul praises the Lord, how my spirit rejoices in God my Savior during

Advent we rejoice like Mary did the Lord has come he has not left us alone and he is coming again

joy to the world can you say that with me joy to the world joy to the. Joy to the world. Can you say that with me? Joy to the world. Joy to the world,

the Lord is come. Let earth receive her king. Let every heart prepare him room and heaven and nature sing.

Joy to the world, the Savior reigns. Let men their songs employ, while fields and floods, rocks hills and plains, repeat the sounding joy.

Joy to the world, now we sing, let the earth receive her king.
