the Bush the Bush the Christmas Bush well so all the way back in my youth I took a cooking class with an older woman who was a great cook and she chose Julia Child's

Boesh duetenuel for us to do and well however we did on that I was underwhelmed with my own work by a long. And I think I hadn't had the creative vision for what we were

doing you know we made the, which the meringue

mushrooms, which was fun. We spun sugar, like caramelized sugar into like moss,

into like shards of sugar to look like moss.

And then we made this log, just a log, a cake that was a log.

And its final manifestation I had it on a cookie sheet with foil

under it. You know so it wasn't looking so spiff it was and when they give you a like here's the

frosting see if you can't make it look like wood yeah it wasn didn't, it was bad in my opinion. And mom took an amazing picture of me that's somewhere in the animals of me looking incredibly sheepish holding a cookie sheet with the Boosch-D'Noelle.

So I had bad feelings about a boosh for a long time. It's kind of a negative, it's kind of an insulting word saying it was a boosh to dwell.

And then fast forward a bunch of years and they've been on a real journey trying to figure out a good Christmas dinner dessert.

As it turns out, by the time you get to Christmas dinner dessert,

yeah, I mean almost everyone has cried on coal already like you are not you

start you don't got it with danishas you went on don't went on to tuna on sour though with green olives you

went on to Christmas dinner and then by the time you finish your

Christmas dinner you're like what nonsense is this? That we're

coming in with something. So I think I tried a lot of stuff like we did really fancy

decorated like little boxes of pretty cookies some year like mom made

made trifles some years.

We probably did like gingerbread cake like with the drembooie that's delicious
