Well, come back. Come back. Now that we're exiting the pandemic, there's a lot more to see and

do here. And it's fun. It's spring. So the rain is starting to lift and really looking forward

to summer. See, yeah, the rain thing's a myth to me because every time I go to Seattle, it doesn't rain.

I don't know why. I don't know what it is.

Well, that's what we tell everybody that doesn't live here so that more people don't move here.

Okay, we got it. Our real estate is already ridiculously expensive. So we got to keep it down somehow.
