| 1:06.0 | Also lots of panic attacks, I would randomly faint too. And I always went to the doctor when that happened. |

| 1:18.1 | And I didn't really have any, like, effective tools for how to deal with that. |
| 1:22.9 | So my hope with writing the book is to help people understand that those physical symptoms can be mental health related as well. |

| 1:35.3 | But, you know, if the doctor can't really provide you with tools, there are other tools, somatic exercises specifically, that can really help reduce and even get rid of |
