People don't realize enough how fitness transfers into real life.

If you get after in the gym, you go do a Spartan race, you go do whatever you want to do, and you learn these mindset tools, man, the way they transfer in real life is incredibly profound. I competed professionally in CrossFit for about a decade. It's like, look, you're going to look better, you're going to have better blood markers, you're going to live longer, you're going to be able to protect and provide for your family. All those things matter.

moments in the training leading up to that and the games where you wanted to quit. Am I right? Yeah, of course. I mean, I've competed professionally in CrossFit for about a decade. And then since then I've gotten in a lot of other sports in particular, jihitsu. But yes, naturally, like when you're at the tip of the spear and you're competing for money, fame, this, that.

Yeah, of course, there's moments that you want to quit.

I mean, there's just countless moments, right? In training leading up to it, of course, but even at the actual event, because of the way the CrossFit games are structured, you're talking about five days, 15 events, and some of them could just be super just a lot, a lot of intensity, a lot of volume.
