| 0:47.8 | from a job loss or loss of any status having to do with how you view your self image. |
| 0:57.1 | So this could even do with a volunteer position or if you go to school not participating |
| 1:03.2 | in a sport or activity or something where you gain a lot of value and a source of your |

| 1:15.3 | So your challenge is to look for the opportunities in regard to stress. |
| 1:25.8 | There's usually a hidden silver lining that you may not notice right away because you |
| 1:35.1 | could be so absorbed in managing your stress but in hindsight when the desk settles you |
| 1:42.7 | can usually find opportunities that weren't there before. |
| 1:48.5 | Even if you had to learn a hard lesson you've gained so much value and that makes you |
| 1:55.5 | a little wiser and it also usually requires you to reach out for additional resources |
| 2:02.8 | that you may not have had previous to the particular stress you're experiencing. |
| 2:10.8 | Today with the coronavirus many people have changed the way they work or if you're a student |
| 2:19.4 | out there the way you go to school. |
| 2:22.3 | You might not be able to go to the meetings where people looked up to you or take part |
| 2:29.6 | in a sport where you stood out and you gained so much value from being on a team. |
