And I am with Adam Deland, the winner of the 20, 24 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award presented by Nationwide.

It would be announced during the NFL honors, a primetime award special to air nationally on Fox and the NFL Network on Thursday, February 6th.

But Adam, I'm really excited to talk to you about all of the things that you have going on.

But first, how are you doing?

I'm good.

But yeah, all good.

Just in that prep week as we have this kind of finished part of the season.

So it's always a grind the last four weeks of the season.

You know, you're tired.

Your body hurts.

But once you get to Sunday, you're just ready to go and play and compete, which is always fun.

Yeah, that part is always fun.

But before we even get to talking about, like, the fun stuff that you're doing on the field, let's talk about off the field and your work in the community with your foundation and those

things. Tell us a little bit about what you're doing and how you impacting the kids around.

Yeah. Well, my wife and I, we felt like we've been given a platform and it wasn't, it was really

to give back to others. We felt like God gave us this opportunity and these resources to,

to not just hold to ourselves, but to give to others and to provide resources,
