It was a cluster for lack of a more eloquent word. They expected so many million people

to log on, but instead it turns into tens of millions of people who tried a long on a lot

of them bots. The people who had the presale code work, like had all the presale code,

everything like that, weren't able to acquire tickets because the whole ticket master

system got bombarded by bots. So Congress is involved. That's a question here. Cass,

will you grab a mic here? I'm just going to sound stupid here. I'm not exactly sure

how bots work. I mean, I know what they are, but I don't understand in this case. What

would be the benefit of a bot trying to sign on? I guess by tickets. So somebody has them.

Galpers can resell them for really high price. Okay. So somebody has to program the bot

to go ahead and just bombard this website and hope it gets on as a person. Purchase the

tickets. Yeah. A bot is just short for like internet robots. It's a little piece of programming
