not being severely depressed every day.

So you're not alone in this one, for sure.

Between concerns about the coronavirus and what the world will look like as we reopen

to sadness over the people still fighting against equality and police reform in a better world,

to endlessly, politically fueled social media screen fest,

and then the occasional murder hornet and UFO spotting and all those other

salacious reports, it's pretty hard not to get overwhelmed right now.

And I would say for some people getting out of that sort of

negative spiral would require professional help.
