Hi, I'm Heidi Gardner and my dilemma is I'm waking up a lot in the middle of the night.

I'm getting bad sleep.

Oh, man, here's the thing.

Heidi, we recorded this like even before all of the current civil unrest and the progress

for the Black Lives Matter movement, which is only added another layer of like racing

thoughts and images and ideas through your head as you try to sleep.

So I cannot imagine that this has gotten any better since we talked.

The best I can tell you is a couple little tips that I have, which is to make sure that

the last thing that I'm consuming right before bed is something light.

So not looking on my phone, not reading the news, not watching videos of protests, not

listening to firsthand accounts of people who have been wronged or even people advocating

for the right things.
