but here's a question for you in your people pleasing way,

as you describe in all your books,

and as you want to avoid conflict,

you're fine to have debate,

doesn't, does being laid create a kind of drama that actually erodes the very thing you're trying

to foster?

Yeah, probably, although it's complicated because part of the reason I'm late is because of my people-pleasing tendencies.

It's just that the person I happen to be meeting with right now is the one that I'm worried about pleasing and that means whoever's on my schedule and next is on the back burner which I feel guilty about.

I've got I think I've gotten a little better over time, but I think if you ask the people who work with me they tell you

more often than not they just assume that I'm going to be five to 10 minutes late
