And then you all listen to that show of us predicting our Thanksgiving on Friday, but in actuality we we hadn't. That's right. Right? Yeah, we did. We talked. In actuality, we hadn't had Thanksgiving. Yeah. Now that we have. Do you know that Vinny says, the Vinny, the nutritionist said that triptophan is not, the turkey is not what makes us tired oh what is it overeating it's all the carbs

all the pies and the you know the yams and the that kind of makes sense he's like it's not the turkey

although there is triptophan in turkey but i don't know if it's enough to like you know

I ate so much, not to be a big hack, but I ate a lot of food on Thanksgiving.

I have been off sugar for like.
