as we discussed the recent Dobbs opinion handed down by the Supreme Court.

We talked today about the legal reasoning, the analysis of the

recent Supreme Court decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. So we know, I imagine,

everyone knows this case is about abortion. But what was the exact question, this exact case that was brought before the court?

Right. It had to do with a 15-week abortion ban passed by the state of Mississippi.

And precedent had said that viability was the line that cut off the ability to pass a ban like that.

And that's what Roe and Casey, the decisions that

were before, ultimately before the court to be overturned were said. And the court always takes

a specific question. So the way they phrased it, the way they worded it was, quote, whether all

pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional.
