The Whole Council of God. Father Stephen is a former Protestant pastor and Bible teacher in the

in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is the stone which was rejected by you builders,

which has become the chief cornerstone.

Nor is there salvation in any other,

for there is no other name under heaven given among men

by which we must be saved.

So he again quotes the scriptures, right?

That's Psalm 18.

And says, right, you rejected him, you murdered him, right?

He's anticipating an objection.

What would their first objection be to Jesus being the Messiah? Well, he was crucified by the Romans, right? So anticipating your

objection, what does Psalm 18 say? The stone which the builders rejected has become the headstone of the court. Most important

stone in the building, right, is the one that you rejected. Hasn't he made a subtle change here

because I remember this as being rejected by the builders? And he says, you build it. Oh, he's

applying it. Yes. You're the builders right and remember

what the next verse says because remember we've talked about what so when so when a verse is quoted

they didn't have chapter and verse so they're quoting the whole context remember the very next

verse this is the lord's doing. It is marvelous in our eyes.

Right.
