1:09.0	and we are currently in Chapter 8. As we ended our last program, we are studying through the Book of Acts, and we are currently in Chapter 8.
1:11.6	As we ended our last program, we saw Peter and John coming to Samaria to lay hands on new believers and empower them with the Holy Spirit.
1:21.6	There are some interesting lessons for us in this story regarding the Holy Spirit and regarding ministry.
1:28.3	With these lessons, here now is Pastor John.
1:32.3	They sent under them Peter and John, who, when they were come down from Jerusalem,
1:39.3	prayed for them that they too might receive the Holy Ghost for as yet he was fallen upon
1:47.0	none of them. Only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. So they laid their
1:54.0	hands on them, verse 17, and now they too received the Holy Ghost. Would you notice this? The people in Samaria were born again and
2:06.0	baptized but not yet empowered with the coming upon of the spirit. People say, you guys talk about
2:15.9	a second blessing or a baptism in the spirit.
