Today's topic comes from a sister in Christ who wrote me, and I'm going to read her question

in just a moment, but I want to start by thanking all of you for supporting us.

We appreciate your prayers. We know that you are out there praying for us. We hear your

testimonies, and we're encouraged to know that you're

thinking of us. We also know that some of you donate, those that are able. We know that many of you

subscribe to Bible Ministries podcast. We appreciate everything you're doing to help us continue this

ministry, and we pray it is a blessing to you. So with that being said, we're going to talk

about the old or new covenant, where the Jewish believers in Jesus under the law. Let's open in prayer

first. Heavenly Father, we thank thee for mercy. We thank thee for the Lord Jesus Christ, who died for

our sins and was raised for our justification. We ask and pray that everything we say today would bring glory and honor to thy name

and to the Lord Jesus Christ.

We ask you fill us with thy spirit and reveal to us by the spirit the things you would

have us learn that it is in one accord with the truth, would be a blessing to those who hear,

and would bring glory and honor

to thy name. We ask it in Jesus' precious name. Amen. So, a dear sister in Christ wrote me and

asked, After Acts 15 were James and the other kingdom believers in Jerusalem living according to the

old covenant or the new covenant. I still don't completely understand what it was they were following.

I think I have a clue, but I am curious to know what you found from the scriptures.

That is a great question, and I thank Carol for submitting that to us. So let's examine a most controversial topic. The end of the law of Moses

and the beginning of the New Testament. For the context, let's take Acts 15, because that's where

this question is based upon. Notice verse one, it says, in certain men which came down from Judea taught the brethren and said,

...
