Welcome to Searchlight, a survey through Scripture with Pastor John Corson.

It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book.

Over the past couple of Searchlight programs, we have been learning how to find God's will for our life.

In our study of Acts chapter 15, we see several ways listed, where God guides individual people, as well as the church.

We have already learned that one way that God guides is through unanimity in the church.

We also find God's will through gifted men and women in the church.

Another way is through the gifts of the spirit. Let's now join Pastor John and learn a fourth way

that God guides us in finding his will for our lives. But here, Silas just found himself

wanting to stick around to stay there.

This is what's so freeing about God's will.

God's will is worked out through the desires that he places in your heart.

Hey, I just want to be there.
