0:56.4	that they're planning to acquire most of US Cellular
0:59.7	for $4.4 billion.
1:02.0	First question that might come to mind is what is most?
1:04.2	T-Mobile gets US Cellular stores,
1:06.5	4.5 million wireless customers, 30% of its spectrum assets.
1:11.7	US Cellular gets the remaining 70% of those spectrum assets. U.S. cellular gets the remaining 70% of those spectrum assets
1:15.3	and gets to keep ownership of its towers.
